Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us and we will do our best to ensure the matter at hand is resolved as your satisfaction and your experience with Print Magic Transfers is our number one priority. 

Refunds & Reprints For Orders

If you are not satisfied with your order and you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or potential reprint. If the order you are requesting a reprint for has print quality issues that is not due to poor file quality, we will reprint your order with submission of photos of the quality of your order. If you would like a refund or reprint for any other reason, it will have to reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. 

*Once an order is received we do not refund if you do not want to move forward with your order, unless there is a special exception that will be determined by management. *

For all of our products, please make sure you followed the design requirements correctly. 


For refunds, please allow 7 business days for it to be posted back into your account. If it has not posted to your account within that time:

  1. Review your bank account to verify the payment has not been received.
  2. Contact your bank as it could be an issue on their end, or the payment could be processing. 

If you still have not received your refund after following these steps, please contact us in regards to this matter.
